Maryam Kouchaki received her PhD in Organizational Behavior in 2012 from the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. Her research examines ethical decision-making and behavior in workplace.

In 2012-13 Kouchaki was a residential Lab Fellow at the Center, investigating consequences of professionalism on ethical behaviors. During her fellowship, she focused on a historical analysis of corporate ethics and compliance programs. Additionally, she was a co-investigator on two other research projects with Lab Fellows, Elizabeth Doty and Yuval Feldman.
