Strategic Communications and Special Projects Manager
Maggie manages the Center's communications strategy and its large and small special projects, including the Justice, Health, and Democracy Project on public health paradigms for drug control and criminal justice reform. Jess is a Classicist with primary interests in ancient Greek oratory and comedy, higher education administration, and practical ethics pedagogy. In her role as Research Director, she focuses on connecting the Center’s research activities with initiatives across campus and with broader public discussions on related themes. Jess is responsible for the Center's programming and oversees several of the Center's initiatives, including the Ethics Pedagogy Initiative and the Emergent Trends in Teaching and Learning Ethics at Harvard (ETTLE), part of the National Ethics Project.
