During her fellowship, Mailloux worked on a book on the governance of academic integrity in higher education, with a particular focus on how professors respond to student cheating. By examining their responses to student misconduct, Mailloux's research will reveal everyday challenges in the systematic promotion of academic integrity. Mailloux holds an MSc in Finance from the University of London (United Kingdom) and a BA in Economics from the University of Victoria (Canada). Her research on institutional responses to student academic misconduct was conducted in collaboration with fellow Garry Gray.
