Emanuela Ceva, our visiting Fulbright Scholar in the spring of 2018, has a new article in the Journal of Political Philosophy. The article, "Personal Trust, Public Accountability, and the Justification of Whistleblowing," co-written by Michele Bocchiola, was partially written during Emanuela's time at the Center.
