The HDS Responsible Organization Initiative (HDS ROI) empowers students to advance responsible practice in businesses and organizations. HDS ROI provides a forum for individuals of all backgrounds to constructively engage the fields of business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and management in their scholarship, professional work, and community organizing. Their goal is to equip students and faculty at HDS and across the Harvard community with the training and peer support necessary to lead positive organizational change.
