Mark Hanin

Mark Hanin is a Visiting Graduate Fellow in 2013-2014. He received his PhD from the Law Faculty, University of Cambridge (2012), where he held the William Senior Studentship at Clare College. His doctoral work focused on metaethics and religious philosophy. Mark's research interests include intellectual history and ethics. His study of Thomas Hobbes's theory of conscience appeared in History of Political Thought, and he received the 2011 Postgraduate Essay Prize from Res Publica for his article "Naturalistic Moral Realism and Moral Disagreement."At Harvard, Mark has served as a Teaching Fellow in political philosophy. He holds an MPhil in Intellectual History & Political Thought from Cambridge and a BA in History from Yale.
