London Vallery is a junior in Leverett House concentrating in History of Science on theTechnology, Information, & Society honors track with a focus in Astrophysics. She has aresearch interest in the international development of aerospace engineering as it relates toastrosociology, minority representation, and environmental rights. She has engaged inengineering and astronomy research across many countries and regions including Ghana,Tanzania, Mongolia, and Antarctica. Outside of academics, London enjoys photography andfilmmaking and is currently producing a docuseries covering the cultural practices of indigenousastronomy throughout the US and Polynesia.
