João Fabiano completed a doctorate in philosophy in applied ethics at the University of Oxford under the supervision of Julian Savulescu. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of São Paulo researching virtue theory, moral psychology, moral status, co-operation, and their implications for modifying moral dispositions with technology. Supervisors: Julian Savulescu (DPhil), Roger Crisp (DPhil), Joshua Shepherd (DPhil), and Osvaldo Pessoa (MPhil).
