Benjamin A. Barsky is a current Ph.D. student in Health Policy at Harvard University. Ben is Legal Research Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Scattergood Program for Applied Ethics of Behavioral Health Care. Ben researches in the areas of health law and justice, mental health policy, and disability rights. He received his J.D. and Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania and B.A. in Public Health and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
