Advisory Coucil member Mike Novogratz has an op-ed in CNN Business today on the need to reinstate Pell grants for incarcerated individuals. Novogratz is the founding board chair of the Bail Project and a partner in the Justice Reform Alliance; he is also founder and CEO of Galaxy Digital, an investment firm.
