October 5, 2019

On Oct. 4, 2019, Fellow-in-Residence Jacob Sherkow gave a talk to the Ti:GER Seminar at Emory University School of Law titled, "The Great CRISPR Patent Interference." The Ti:GER Seminar "combines classroom instruction, team-based activities, externships, and networking opportunities into a total educational experience." The talk, as the title suggests, focused on the interference decisions and consequences surrounding the CRISPR patent dispute between the University of California and the Broad Institute.

Professor Sherkow is the Edmond J. Safra/Petrie-Flom Joint Fellow in Residence at Harvard.
