Ross received her Masters degree in International Policy and Management from the School for International Training Graduate Institute and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Klagenfurt, Austria. During her fellowship, she aimed to understand the influence of institutional corruption in the United States Congress and its effects on foreign policy strategies.
