Gustavo Henrique Maultasch de Oliveira received his bachelor degree in Law from the Rio de Janeiro State University and an M.A. in Diplomacy from the Rio Branco Institute, in Brasilia, Brazil. He is also the founder of Política Aberta (Open Politics), a website that uses open data to raise awareness about the influence campaign donors have on Brazilian politics.
