Doty earned her MBA from Harvard Business School in 1991 and her Bachelors in Economics from University of California at Berkeley in 1985. Duty’s fellowship work focused on what is required for a business to keep a promise, including tools and approaches that help leaders counteract the natural tendency for commitments to “drift.”
