Through its support of faculty fellowships, graduate fellowships, and faculty development, as well as its public lectures, conferences and interfaculty collaborations, the Center has developed a large community of teachers and scholars dedicated to the study of practical ethics. Along with its legacy of programs developed, courses taught, papers written, and lectures delivered, the Center's most enduring impact may be its success in building a community of scholars.
"So helpful has the company of my colleagues here been that we plan to continue our collaborations after the fellowship year officially ends. Having fostered a spirit of collegiality and mutual respect among us, the Center should be proud to know that we do not intend to let these relationships fade."
